MYR Group Office Supervisor in Westbrook, Maine
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination and administration of general business activities including account reporting and billing, district payroll, central filing, and coordination of office supply needs. Responsibilities also include supervision of general office staff and miscellaneous administrative functions.

E.S. Boulos also offers design-build and pre-construction services and has in-house pre-fabrication and Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities.
Essential Functions
• Advise staff of company policy expectations
• Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor
• May supervise and direct day-to-day functions of assigned staff
• Coordinate employee performance reviews
• Coordinate timely notifications of new hires and terminations to HR
• Process FMLA requirements for union personnel
• Work with office personnel in resolving internal and external customer care issues
• Create and maintain a teamwork environment
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
• Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
• Other duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Minimum 5 years of general office, billing and payroll administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field; combination of education and experience (2+ years' in a supervisory role) considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities
• Strong commitment to safety
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think practically
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
