Equitrans Midstream Environmental Coordinator/Sr Environmental Coordinator in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania
We have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Coordinator/Senior Environmental Coordinator in our Canonsburg, PA or Waynesburg, PA locations.* This role assists in the development of processes, work plans, trainings and procedures related to environmental construction compliance management. The incumbent will assist with management of field personnel who inspect, oversee, and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and removal of permitted BMPs, restoration activities and termination of permits. The incumbent will also manage the company permit termination program.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
Coordinate meetings/ inspections with local, state and federal agencies related to site environmental compliance from project kick off through permit notice of termination (NOT)
Supervise Environmental Inspectors assigned to environmental compliance team for pipeline and facility construction projects
Participate in the routing/site selection process, development and design of the proposed E&S and PCSM plans
Monitor daily field reports and direct field personnel with corrective action plans for controllable and non-controllable incidents
Participate in the development and implementation of training to field personnel on regulations and ETRN best practices
Perform field reviews to ensure conformity to applicable permits and ETRN standards
Develop and maintain baseline budgets and schedules for assigned projects
Provide assistance to agencies and other company departments related to trends and emerging environmental best practices

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
Up to five years of relevant environmental and/or energy experience is preferred for the environmental coordinator position. Our senior coordinators have at least eight years of related experience.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in addition to active listening skills for internal and external audiences
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with ability to track and organize a significant amount of permit data
Ability to analyze data where the objective is to supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives
Ability to compile, check and record information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,100 plus a total rewards package that includes:
