Coordinate, direct and perform quality assurance audits, evaluations and assessments of nuclear programs to verify compliance with regulatory requirements. An incumbent at this level should have full and comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance requirements and understanding of engineering concepts, plant systems and components, administrative controls and work control processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of nuclear quality assurance related experience such as nuclear plant design, engineering, maintenance, radiation protection or operations. Commensurate level of knowledge of nuclear processes and procedures. Good communication, investigation, and leadership skills. Possesses the qualifications to be certified as a Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead Auditor.
Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Associate , Disciplines: Preferred: Technology,Engineering,Math/Science , Other Education: Technical
