A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. Experience in processing of time sheets, invoicing, claims processing, work orders, customer service and accounting background highly desirable but not required. Five years of related experience are required for the A level.

The selected candidate will be required to pass the Administrative Selection Aptitude Test, and Data Entry Tests which will be given in Berlin, CT.


Performs a variety of complex duties associated with analyzing technical documents received from field personnel. Review and maintain Customer Operations and New Service records. Support Meter & Service Department administrative duties. Receive and respond to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter & Service assignments and New Service STORMS requirements to meet goal initiatives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

This will be posted internally and externally, but first consideration will be given to individuals with contractual rights to the position. Position can be filled at the B. Level, which is requiring three years of related experience.
