Job Purpose
This Senior Governance Specialist role exists as a key support to the New England Property Services organization, which is a diverse team of knowledgeable property service professionals, who are accountable and empowered to provide a safe, reliable, and sustainable working environment for our colleagues and community. This role will guide the New England Property Services business on the appropriate level of governance, reporting, analytics, controls testing, and performance metrics for the assurance activities related to the Integrated Property Services relationship. The successful candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with strong strategic thinking, a relationship builder focused on stakeholder engagement for a high-profile supplier relationship. This role will be critical in preparing us for the future, as we determine our supplier strategy for continuing to effectively deliver property services across the footprint.
Key Accountabilities
Create and administer reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and resulting scorecards for effective compliance performance management (aggregation of local, functional, and regional performance)
Identify potential risks for Property services and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Using compliance performance data and information, support the business in developing remediation plans and sustainable compliance controls for capital and operations & maintenance functions.
Assist the business with performance breakdown reviews and root cause analyses related to Property Services.
Contribute to NE IPS Governance processes by ensuring overall program health of integrated service providers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to develop productive working relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and customers
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in assurance, risk mitigation (and/or audit), KPI development, contract management, process excellence and performance management measurement techniques
Ability to grasp complex issues and effectively integrate, compile, and analyze information and data
Experience facilitating working sessions and stakeholder updates with diverse and influential stakeholders both internal and external.
Detailed analytical and executive reporting
Strategic forward-thinking capabilities
Facilities background and Master’s degree preferable, but not required

Salary
$97,000 - $114,000 a year
Salary commensurate with location and experience
