National Grid is seeking an innovative, and experienced Application Tester to join the Security IAM Engineering team.The successful candidate(s) will possess deep technical knowledge on a number of IAM security technologies and have a solid understanding of testing methodology, information security and IAM technology implementations in an automated, measurable and repeatable manner.
Provide testing capability for IAM applications including; UAT, Performance, Stress & Unit Testing
Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives.
Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM/PAM applications.
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

Responsible to test, assess and review one or more Identity & Access Management products such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure SSO.
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
Create, review, maintain and update documentation including Documenting & Publishing fixes in central knowledge base
Work with global colleagues to provide globally consistent processes and solutions.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers in the IAM security organization.
Must be able to work independently as well as work as part of a fast-moving team
Ability to meet deadlines, time constraints and periodic requirements
Strong writing and presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations to different audiences and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in engineering/computer science or minimum 3 years’ successful experience in similar role.
Testing IAM Application integration with other security solutions such as Enterprise SIEM, AD, email gateway, ticketing solution etc.
Testing IAM Applications
Managing and updating IAM Test scripts and process documentation
Reviewing technical change requests (CRs) to support changes and upgrades to IAM.
Working experience and knowledge of operating systems (e.g.: Windows, UNIX/Linux) and databases
Microsoft Azure knowledge highly desirable.
Knowledge in various scripting and programming languages (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell etc.) a plus
Experience designing secure networks, systems and resilient application architectures
Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
Understanding of entire technology stack of networks, databases, applications and endpoints
Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures is a plus.
