About the role
The Plan to Perform Transformation (PLTP) module is tasked with transforming the PLTP process; delivering an integrated end-to-end planning cycle, meeting our planning and reporting needs. Working as part of the core PLTP team this role is responsible for leading the transformation of the PLTP Process.
This role is available until this project is completed and is expected to last 18 months
What you'll do
This role will have 2 direct reports
Lead on Design of ‘To Be’ PLTP process, capturing Business, Finance and Performance Management requirements for Enterprise, BU’s, IT, and Functions
Lead engagement with BU, IT, and Group Function SMEs on proposed requirements
Manage our SI Partners and a team of 2 to deliver project objectives
Work with the System team to ensure level of customisation vs. standardisation is appropriate
Represents the ‘To Be’ PLTP process requirements into System team
Other Project Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be trained up in the chosen tool and will gain a technical understanding of it.
Use tool knowledge and experience to drive user adoption
Deputise for the Head of Transformation and Business Change, Plan to Perform as and when required.
Given fast nature and changing dynamic of a project you will be expected to pick up ad hoc tasks as and when required to deliver project objectives.
What you'll need
Experience in defining requirements within a complex multi ledger organisation
Technical knowledge of SAP landscape is an advantage
Ability to translate business requirements into IT deliverable and TO-BE processes.
Ability to engage and influence senior personnel across all parts of the organisation
Ability to manage and drive multiple and often conflicting stakeholders to consensus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience working with planning systems.
Technical and functional proficiency in financial modules.
Detailed knowledge of finance processes and terminology.
Advanced project management and problem-solving skills.
Advanced collaboration and partnership capabilities.
Excellent written/oral communication skills and follow-up
It would be great if you had experience in
Finance and Accounting processes.
Utility industry accounting.
US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC regulations.
IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Risk mitigation.

Annual Salary
$184,000-$215,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
