SUMMARY
Provide Human Resources Information System (HRIS) support, evaluation, and analysis to meet the needs of the Human Resources & Total Rewards (HR/TR) departments. This position will serve as the primary contact for functional users of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position is responsible for maintaining the HR system of record with appropriate system updates/upgrades, and thorough testing of system changes to ensure data integrity. Responsible for report writing, data extraction, implementing enhancements, managing system projects/testing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Analyst HRIS Assoc
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration or Human Resources Management. (Preferred)
• Without the above degree, 5 years’ experience with HRIS/Applications may be considered.
EXPERIENCE
• No experience required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
• There is no Licensure or Certifications required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages projects/process improvements involving the HR system of record using the change management process. Configures HCM system application changes, updates and enhancements.
• Monitors HR/TR department/customer needs and creates efficiencies that will enhance the customer and functional user experience.
• Conducts training including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
• Prepares reports to document system access and functional user roles.
• Responsible for maintaining/updating the organizational structure in the HR system of record. Create ad hoc reports or extract data as needed for analysis, reporting, audits, etc.
• Performs system maintenance, including the following tasks:
o Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
o Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
o Maintain HRIS system tables and data.
o Documents process and results.
o Provides HRIS production support, including but not limited to researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Analyst HRIS
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration or Human Resources Management. (Preferred)
• Without the above degree, 5 years’ experience with HRIS/Applications may be considered.

• 2 years professional Human Resources or relevant experience (Required).
• Direct HRIS experience, specifically with Oracle or Oracle Cloud HCM systems (Preferred)

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (All levels)
• Accept outage position.
• Accept ERO position and be able to meet the response requirements.
• Ability to Obtain and maintain unescorted access if needed.
• Successfully complete General Employee Training (GET) as required for position.
ENVIRONMENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Environmental and physical requirements are subject to crouching, stooping, bending, twisting and/or lifting up to 30 lbs; ascending/descending stairs; sitting for extended periods of time; and spending considerable time in front of computer monitors.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Overtime and alternate work schedules as needed.
• Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.
• Travel may be required.
• May be required to carry a phone.
WORK LOCATION for all levels
• Hybrid/Remote – Due to the nature of the work, this position provides the ability for a hybrid work schedule between site and an alternate work location Alternate work locations require adequate technology and that a solid ergonomic setup is present. Note: Work schedules are contingent on business needs.
