Those requiring more than 40 hours of time-off during the Program, or require a work schedule of less than 40 hours per week, should not apply. Requests for time-off greater than 40 hours will not be accommodated. All requests for time-off during the Program must be approved, and requests of greater than 8 hours should be requested as far in advance as possible. The openings are considered to be temporary, full-time positions and all time-off will be unpaid, including holidays.

  • Students will be limited to two (2) years of District employment, unless there is a shortage of applicants. Third-year students in rare cases will be considered, based on District need, with approval of the President. Wage: first year $11.50 per hour; second year $12.50 per hour.

  • First consideration will be given to students who have successfully completed one full year or more of college. College-bound students, or those with less than a full year of college level courses taken, will be considered for any remaining vacancies.
