Position Summary

You will be an invaluable part of our Talent Acquisition organization, bringing our passion and focus on organizational growth to life. You will perform a wide variety of TA functions including interview scheduling, high touch business and candidate communications, reporting, data and trend analysis, employment verifications and compliance. In addition, you will assist the TA Team with the development, analysis, and maintenance of TA policies, processes and metrics. Most importantly, you will have fun, you’ll learn, and you’ll grow while doing all of this as you make a tremendous impact on the evolution of our business.

Essential Functions:

  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage high volumes with a focus on outstanding levels of service

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities

  • Ability to adapt to changes of a rapidly growing company

  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, integrated and team-based environment

  • Strategic mindset, thinking about and making recommendations around strategic enhancements to processes Â


  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources coordinator role

  • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems (Workday preferred) and processes

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to a variety of audiences

  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage high volumes with a focus on outstanding levels of service

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
