Job Summary: Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others. Performs technical, administrative and clerical duties to support operations, electric and/or gas departments. Primary duties include record keeping, document preparation and development, meeting coordination and working with operational programs for input and maintenance, accounting functions and special projects. Provides quality customer service and maintains good rapport with internal and external customers to resolve issues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provides administrative, analytical, and technical support to operations, electric and/or gas departments. 2. Participates in processing, analyzing and updating reports and data from various operational programs. 3. Responsible for scheduling, creating, and distributing work orders as needed. 4. Provides customer service to support internal and external customers and acts as a liaison between other departments. 5. Responsible for the input and maintenance of operational programs which may include PowerPlan, JD Edwards, PCAD, CC&B, GIS and MAXIMO. 6. May be responsible for assisting and providing support with emergencies safety programs. 7. Consults with operations staff to provide compliance administration, support, monitoring and related activities. 8. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned. Note: Duties may vary depending on location. # Minimum Qualifications: * A working knowledge of business practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree in a business-related discipline; and * Two-years related business experience.
