Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 7 years’ experience in renewable energy project development. Prior experience and demonstrable knowledge in land development and real estate transactions. Be a self-starter and operate independently. Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating and oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and lead teams. Substantial domestic travel required. Strong knowledge of Windows based business software applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Based in the southeast US region in proximity to sites.

MBA or Law Degree. Prior experience in land development, green field electricity project development. Knowledge or understanding of land use controls and local land-use practices. Familiarity with title and survey requirements for land leasing or purchasing.
