APS IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst II in United States
The IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst II will be responsible for software and hardware product delivery and performance for all application spaces including next generation technology. Drives products from design completion to volume production release through lifecycle including troubleshooting software and system problems to ensure performance and reliability.
Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills when supporting customer base and partnering IT support groups.
Strong application administration experience.
Prefer experience in an Enterprise Content Management suite application or similar.
SQL Server: query/SSRS report development, relational databases - intermediate/advanced.
WebLogic/WebSphere experience preferred.
Proficient in managing MS Windows Server 2008R2 or later.
Proficient in Active Directory / LDAP services.
C#, MVC, Entity Framework - intermediate.
Understanding of integration services / web services.
Identity/Access Management, Security, User Lifecycle.
Understanding of High Availability Architecture and Network Load Balancers.
Understanding of Visual Studio,.NET, Java
Ability to learn new applications expediently
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Ability to clearly communicate
Ability to perform in high-pressure situations
Forefront Identity Manager - beginner/intermediate
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field and 2 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system
