The Digital department is part of Ameren Services and provides support to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. Thousands of co-workers serve the company with business planning, communications, diversity, financial support, human resources, digital/information technology, legal counsel, safety and supply services skillsets.
Within our Digital department, we host dozens of interns and co-ops annually. Our collegiate co-workers will participate in meaningful work activities related to analysis, assessment, design, collaboration and more! Coaching and feedback are a key part of your co-op experience. You will have the opportunity to work with talented, experienced digital staff while completing your work assignments.

Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics,Business, or equivalent computer-related field
Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
In addition to the above qualifications, a successful candidate will:
Proficiency in data analytics and mathematics/statistics
Good analytical and human relations skills
Experience with organizing and analyzing large quantities of data
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and information technology
Knowledge of SQL (preferred)
Experience with data analytics software and visualization tools (preferred)
Data Analytics Co-ops will gain exposure to the following technologies:
Programming Languages: SQL
Relational Database Management: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and Teradata
Tools: Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

This position is based out of the Ameren Headquarters in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. The work arrangement is hybrid.
