Job Summary:

The Analyst will be responsible for performing data analysis and reporting to support internal and external stakeholders with a focus on NRG Home brands.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and maintain automated reports that demonstrate performance trends and monitor key financial metrics

• Identify, analyze, and interpret customer trends from large, complex data sets

• Work with IT and Data Analytics teams to ensure data infrastructure and reporting is auditable and consistent

• Identify, design, and implement solutions to improve quality, standardization, and accuracy across NRG Home teams

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment

• Combination of open office, remote, and hybrid working environment

• Some overtime required as special projects arise

• Minimal travel

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of a (4) four-year degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, data analytics, finance, econometrics, or other quantitative discipline

• Two (2) or more years of relevant analytics experience in either a business or academic environment

• Experience querying and working with multiple databases

• Advanced Excel skills, specifically working with large datasets

• Ability to communicate effectively and proactively

• Capable of working independently and on a team

• Results driven with a strong sense of integrity, energy, and enthusiasm
