As part of the program, you will support the full life-cycle of projects within the Substation and Transmission Line team from initiation and planning through execution and closing. You will work with a mix of stakeholders across AVANGRID, in multiple locations with different levels of knowledge and requirements. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, competitive, energetic and enjoys taking on new challenges.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Participate in a dynamic professional development program with tailored challenges and projects.
Develop business cases into detailed planning and budgets for projects. Support the launch and execution of projects, monitor progress against plans, and provide updates to senior management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including customers, suppliers, and developers) to deliver solutions and initiatives.
Provide linkage to senior managers for decision making outside of day-to-day program / project team activities.
Create a comprehensive personal development plan to develop competencies critical to your and our success.

What you need:

Education & Experience Required:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field of study; GPA≥ 3.0; Masters/MBA degree preferred.
Less than 5 years of professional experience related to field through internships or other opportunities or leadership and/or volunteer experience.
