As an Estimating Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage a regional estimating staff and assign bids to estimators. This position will also review and prepare job estimates and bids, develop job schedules and forecasts, and complete take-offs and site reviews. You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure customer needs are being met and jobs are being awarded.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)

  • 8+ years of related experience and/or training (Utility construction experience preferred)

  • Project Management experience (desired)

  • Negotiating and contract review experience

  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software skills

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be drivingandan acceptable driving record

  • Travel
