HRIS Program Manager

Provides leadership, direction, administration, and support for all internal Human Resources Information Systems and processes. Maintains optimal function of the HRIS products. Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, Payroll, external vendors and other HR service users for HR database design, HR system upgrades and HR system implementation projects. Leads in the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service excellence solutions that align with business needs and technical priorities. Oversees change management communications and training related to system implementation. Leads HR vendor searches, negotiation selection and management. Coordinates security administration, business process design, reporting and analytics. Provides supervision and leadership to HRIS staff and contractors.

​​Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Management.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems or Information Technology. Experience should include HRIS project management and system implementation. Also prefer at least 3 years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll.

Equivalent Experience: Ten years of professional level Human Resources experience as outlined above.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: CBP, CCP, HRIP, or PMP a plus.

Specialized Skills: Thorough understanding of all areas of human resources information systems with a highly functional/technical understanding of HRIS products. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong project management. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. Thorough understanding of database construction. Knowledgeable in Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to keep information confidential.
