TheRevenue Specialistreviews approved work orders and then enters the revenue data into a database application. In addition, this position involves analyzing revenue reports and trueing up estimated revenue to actual billings. If the following interests you, we encourage you to apply!

The pay range for this role is $34-$38/hour

What You'll Do

  • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

  • Assist with managing project costs to stay within the forecasted budget range.

  • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, or engineers to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.

  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.

  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.

  • Other duties as needed.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • +2 Year of industry experience in leu of bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Access)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with construction revenue tracking and analysis

  • Ability to read engineered drawings

  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of the utility industry
