Job Brief
The ServiceNow Developer/System Administrator will create and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT and enterprise customers. A well-qualified candidate will have strong customer service skills, take initiative, own issues from start to finish, and practice proactive communication within a collaborative Agile team.
Job Responsibilities
Designing and developing ServiceNow platform solutions including catalog items, flows, integrations, and scoped applications
Executing advanced scripting of Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, etc.
Administration, configuration, and support of a cloud base solution
Working with internal departments to help gather and define solution requirements
Developing and collaborating as part of an Agile team
Hybrid work environment with a two day a week in office requirement
Education
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.
Experience
Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
Additional Information
Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience is preferred
Experience with JavaScript and HTML
Working knowledge of design, coding, testing methodologies and debugging
Experience working on an Agile team
Experience supporting applications in a production environment
Working knowledge of IT Service Management components (e.g., Service Catalog, Change, Incident, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, VRM, APM, HAM, SAM, or HR is a plus
Strong customer service skills
