SRP is recruiting for a college student intern to work in our Learning Management Department. The work schedule is at least 24 hours per week, prefer near fulltime. Knowledge such as accounting, general administrative principles, communications, marketing, personnel, finance, training, business and other non-scientific fields are accepted.
The selected candidate will:
• Monitor an email box, and create tickets to track and route requests in a timely manner
• Provide phone assistance to internal SRP clients with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service demonstrating patience while effectively dealing with client problems.
• Perform problem-solving over the phone or via email and determine appropriate course of problem escalation as required.
• Complete basic tasks within the Learning Management System
• Support team on miscellaneous tasks as needed
College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Preferred Requirements include familiarity with the following
• Microsoft Office (Word), Outlook, Excel
• Desktop hardware, including the ability to problem-solve hardware component issues
• Laptop hardware, including wireless

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
