What You Will Do:
Own the development and implementation of clear and efficient processes and procedures for the turnover and control of information, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Accountable to design comprehensive metrics to evaluate the quality and efficiency of information turnover, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including projects, operations, and engineering teams, to facilitate seamless information exchange and collaboration.
Ensure seamless integration of assets by meticulously verifying data and information compliance with company standards, while also updating and transforming data as necessary to meet LP requirements. Additionally, oversee the migration of information into Meridian, guaranteeing accessibility for stakeholders while adhering to established standards and protocols.
Accountable for the divestiture of asset information, including the identification of assets within scope, gathering pertinent information from various sources, collaborating with business development to fulfill customer information requests, and managing the necessary changes to drawings and records in existing information systems.
Conduct training sessions to educate users on the effective utilization of LPRMS (Liquids Pipeline Records Management System) and LPDMS (Liquids Pipeline Drawing Management System), enhancing user proficiency and system efficacy.
Handle information search requests, utilizing expertise to efficiently retrieve and provide relevant data as required by internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Technology Information Systems (TIS) Team on Meridian System Administration tasks, including system upgrades and resolving issues promptly, ensuring the seamless operation of the system.
Perform rigorous project gating reviews from an Asset Information Management perspective, offering insightful recommendations for project gating sign-off, contributing to informed decision-making processes within the organization.
Who You Are:
Required:
University Degree in Business or related degree; Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with demonstrable leadership experience.
Experience working with Engineering Drawings and Records, and Information Management Systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with Projects, Operations, and other technical subject matter experts.
Exhibits great interpersonal skills and works effectively in a team environment.
Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
Requires strong customer service focus and ability to maintain effective working relationships with broad base of engineering drawing users and editors.
Preferred:
Completion of an Engineering or related degree considered an asset
Completion of Technical Diploma considered an asset
Completion of Computer Science degree considered an asset
Registration with APEGA or ASET
