Senior Supply Chain Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will gather data, conduct analyses, and summarize results of key Supply Chain performance indicators, used to inform leaders regarding the operational and financial performance of Supply Chain business activities. In addition, the Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will provide tactical, training and some strategic directional support for the day to day operations, maintenance and utilization of Ameren Supply Chain systems and processes required to increase efficiency and provide function visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect, analyze and report data related to Supply Chain performance indicators, active initiatives, and internal constituent and supplier use of Supply Chain systems.
· Analyze current processes and system utilization, and recommend solutions for increased efficiency.
· Develop and deliver training for Oracle and other Supply Chain systems to internal and external users.
· Assist in testing planned changes to Supply Chain systems as requested by Digital.
· Assist in development and coordination of supply chain projects and initiatives.
· Provide strong analytical and process support to internal and external users.
· Support execution of supply chain initiatives including project tracking, analysis, design and implementation of systems and/or system changes.
· Coordinate and drive activities related to system changes, process and procedure, and issue resolution
· Provide Level III service desk issue resolution for Oracle and other Supply Chain related processes, systems, and procedures.
· Provide timely and accurate data maintenance to Supply Chain Systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Management/Information Systems. MBA, other related graduate degree, or Doctorate preferred.
Experience in the following areas is required:
· Three or more years' experience gathering data, conducting analyses, and summarizing results required, preferably in Supply Chain. Candidates with an advanced degree or Doctorate will be considered with one or more years of experience.
· One or more years combined experience utilizing ERP to complete tasks within the source to settle process
· Development and delivery of written and oral communications to leadership
· Demonstrated ability to build rapport with and communicate to individuals and groups.
· Functional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
· Experience coordinating a project or assisting a lead in project management
· Participation in a large scale ERP implementation
· Development of reports and dashboards
· eCommerce & Supplier Collaboration
· Computer Based Training Software
· Facilitation skills, with ability to understand and clearly communicate change
· Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced process and system environment.
Technical experience in the following areas is preferred:
· Robotic Process Automation
· Microsoft Power BI
