Job Summary:

This is a seasonal full time position with a winter layoff and a spring recall.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for moving freight, stock, or other materials over short distances from railcars to trucks.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

Uses safe work procedures that comply with safety policies and regulations.

Move freight, stock and other materials by hand.

Load or unload railcars or trucks.

Unloads and inspects incoming materials and verifies receipts.

Keeps records of materials received.

Keeps facility yard clean and organized.

Maintain & clean vehicles, machinery and other equipment.

Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a seasonal full time position. Approximate hours during production will be 5am-5pm M-F. Saturdays will be rare and only if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent experience.

Driver’s License preferred
