We are currently seeking applicants for an Application Analyst – Operations Management position in our Information Services division located in Springfield, MO.
Responsible for the back end “low code” functions of some of our software platform family including ServiceNow and our Office 365 suite.
L ead efforts to establish enterprise standards and frameworks as well as coordinating with leaders to ensure applications follow these standards and frameworks.
P erform various tasks on projects including requirements gathering/analysis, solution design, development, testing, debugging, and deploying.
Working closely with individuals throughout the enterprise to help with niche automations, workflows, and processes.
We’re seeking applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated sensitivity to customer satisfaction; knows customer needs and expectations.
Strong understanding of IT support practices and the ability to work in a fast pace agile environment.
Experience creating custom applications/interfaces within SharePoint and experience managing Azure in conjunction with Office 365 is preferred.
Experience administering Office 365 and working with its APIs is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Automate, and Microsoft Functions is desired but all levels will be considered.
