To assist in clerical and administrative needs of the Prefab and Engineering department.

Essential Functions
Print Prefab labels, schedules, and details
Assist in processing and running Vista Prefab reports.
Input weekly Prefab time in the Payroll Portal
Assist with ordering, tracking, maintaining Prefab shipping, packaging, and labeling supplies.
Assist with processing “completed” Prefab order documentation.
Assist in organizing and processing Safety meeting and training documentation.
Documenting meeting minutes
Assist when needed in Monitoring, Downloading, Plotting, Printing, and Resolving incidents that come into Reprographics help desk.
Learn and assist in creating As-built drawings. This will include becoming proficient in Bluebeam Software.
Assist Engineering and/or other departments with clerical and administrative needs.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equal
Proficiency with AutoCad and Bluebeam software Preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment required.
Proactive attitude and initiative.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and accountability.
Excellent reasoning and decision-making skills.
Positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to show up on-time, ready to work
Physical Demands
Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces.
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch.
Work Environment
Works in the Santa Fe Springs office 100% of the time.
May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.
May occasionally work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels and hazardous chemicals.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary $47,840-$52,000/ year
Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
