MYR Group Contract Administrator in Santa Fe Springs, California
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Contract Administrator is responsible for the administration of the contract negotiation and execution process from project award through execution of the contract. Organize and manage main contract and exhibits in collaboration with contract stakeholders throughout the process. Develop and improve processes and procedures related to contract management negotiation and execution.

Essential Functions
Create processes and manage internal and external file repositories utilizing the appropriate file structure and naming convention for organizing and distributing contract documents.
Upload, download, track and maintain status of all relevant contract and exhibit documents sent and received from all stakeholders.
Revise, compare, track changes, and merge contract and exhibit documents in accordance with the discussions and negotiations.
Take detailed and relevant notes on contract exhibit and EPC calls and meetings.
Schedule calls and meetings, both internal and external, as needed to facilitate contract and exhibit discussions and negotiations.
Work with Project Manager to determine contract execution deadline and manage the schedule and process accordingly.
Manage progress and provide status upon request or as needed to ensure timely contract execution
Hold internal and external stakeholders responsible for fulfilling their obligations and meeting their deadlines.
Assist Project Managers on negotiating and executing Limited Notice To Proceed (LNTP) as needed to support the project.
Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on contract and exhibit management for proposals.
Prepare and distribute monthly contract reports.

ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Political Science, Legal Studies, Law, Construction Management, or Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in contracts administration.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of Renewable EPC industry practices and organizational skills.

Ability to comprehend, organize and opine on contract documents and exhibits.
Physical Demands
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Frequently works outdoors or uneven surfaces.
May be required to stoop, bend and crouch.
Work Environment
Works in the office 100% of the time. May need to travel occasionally.
May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.
May occasionally work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels and hazardous chemicals.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary $95,000-$150,000/ year
Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
