Works with Gas Supervisors to coordinate and schedule resources for mandated critical facility activities. Communicates and interacts with stakeholders to ensure all planned and scheduled tasks are performed on schedule. Works closely with project teams, local T&R supervisors, general construction and assigned contractors, to plan, schedule and report on project-related activity. Maintains and reports team metrics.

Verifies corrective actions are implemented and validates effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
Communicates (oral and written) recommendations and findings internally and externally.
Maintains up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans.
Ensures resources are available to address various capital and expense projects.
Assists leaders in creating or monitoring employees' work and schedules to ensure effective work & resource planning and cost for assigned area.

Reviews every clearance to ensure necessary information is incorporated to isolate the pipeline/equipment in a manner that is safe for field employees, minimize impact to end use customers, and preserve maximum pipeline and storage capacity for use by transportation marketers and shippers.
Develops a safety culture that is accountable for decisions and provides messaging regarding safety.
Oversees the evaluation of work plan resources, costs and schedules.
Identifies work management process deficiencies, and supports solutions.
Monitors execution of work plans.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
