Position Specific Description NEER Capital is facilitating the clean energy transition by providing financing options for homeowners seeking to go solar.

NEER Capital is seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. As an Installer Technical Manager at NEER Capital, you will be asked to:

Establish processes to vet solar installers and oversee ongoing spot-checks

Set standards for individual solar system approval

Develop and manage equipment distribution programs

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for developing and managing installer and solar system approval processes. This role will require gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to the intricacies of solar system installation.

Job Duties

Establish processes to vet solar installers

Oversee ongoing spot-checks of solar systems and verification of installers credibility

Set standards for individual solar system approval and ensure funding obligations are met

Develop and manage equipment distribution programs for Safe Harbor programs

Manage relationships between NEER Capital and other DG teams to ensure standardization of system expectations across the division

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s of Engineering degree

Preferred Qualifications

The skills to develop, implement and manage scalable processes

A positive attitude and are passionate about operations

The ability to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
