Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies the developmental needs of leaders, and coaches and mentors leaders to improve their knowledge or skills.

  • Manages existing employee development programs that support employee onboarding, knowledge transfer, employee development and leadership development.

  • Leads cross functional projects or teams.

  • Leads and coordinates teams to develop and implement service solutions for complex service issues.

  • Leads the development and delivery of training material either on an ad-hoc basis or with the PG&E academy.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Job-related experience, 9 years

Desired:

  • Experience as Agile Coach, 5 years
