As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple medium sized projects that are approximately greater than $10M and are up to $100M. After completion of a successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the job, with a special emphasis on safety performance. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.

  • Federal experience, NAVFAC, USACE, USAF, DOD, VAMC (preferred)

  • 5 to 10+ years’ experience of running projects greater than $30M

  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record

  • Experience with Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software

  • Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, and Microsoft Project (Desired)

  • Demonstration of previous successful management of project(s) upward of $30M

  • No relocation required, but must be able to travel 100% of the time and be project based with a monthly rotation home for long weekend

  • PMP (Desired)

  • PE (Desired)
