MYR Group Project Coordinator Assistant (Part-time) in Salt Lake City, Utah

ABOUT THE ROLE

The PT Project Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for assisting project managers and general foreman with project coordination will be responsible for assisting project managers and general foreman with project coordination.

Essential Functions

  • Assist project managers in coordinating with subcontractors and customers

  • Assist in the coordination of project materials, permits and locates

  • Project coordination and scheduling updates with general foreman and customer

  • Update and maintain accurate records for projects

  • May visit sites to ensure proper installation and safety methods are being utilized

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location

  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of general administrative experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to think practically and interface effectively with senior project personnel and clients

  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and FastMaps

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Proven ability to take initiative to get tasks completed in an accurate and timely manner

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
