What you will do:
This role analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates performance based technical training programs.
Maintains technical subject matter expertise and understanding of current business processes.
Maintains technical subject matter expertise.
Acts as subject matter expert in specific area of technical (operational) expertise.
Who are you:
Bachelor preferred in Education
0-2 years prior related experience.
Knowledge of company organization and operations areas.
Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
Full competency in skills related to specific job area.
Good verbal, written communication skills, problem solving skills, time management skills and good personal computer skills.
Ability to use all software applications critical to the target audience and present material in an understandable way to large and small groups.
Ability to analyze and organize information and develop training programs and classes.
Ability to operate, troubleshoot equipment used by the target audience and to train and lead others.
Should be able to process information and questions quickly and develop answers
Working Conditions
- Travel Up to 25%; Office Work Environment 76 -100%;
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):
Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 45 pounds), grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
Mental Requirements include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
