Job Summary

Fleet Coordinators maintain the fleet, equipment, and tooling at the highest level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, facilitate, and direct fleet and equipment maintenance through established vendors and resources

• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet inspections on all vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with DOT, ANSI, and licensing and registration

• Collaborate with local management on fleet repairs and maintenance, budgets, and acquisitions

• Perform light maintenance and service on fleet

• Respond to emergency “truck down” situations as needed

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Safety is a part of your day to day

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality

• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software

• You are mechanically inclined and enjoy a hands on approach to your work

• You have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
