In this job, you’ll will primarily be responsible for improving source to pay process efficiency, capabilities and develop and implement supply chain designs & strategies (SAP, cloud technologies i.e. Ariba). Conduct in-depth technical analysis of supply chain models/designs and develop new interfaces/enhancements for streamlining procurement processes, serve as liaison between supply management & IT for projects and lead the technical discussions. You will also be the lead in rolling out (system enablement) of supply chain solutions for various categories including post go-live client support. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • You’ll serve as the Ariba Functional Expert for Upstream/Downstream solution and responsible for maintaining systems configuration of system maintenance/admin work by managing procurement queue, resolving preqs & service sheets errors, invoice reconciliation, Ariba contract publishing (contract terms, contract line items), punchout catalog etc

  • Advise and recommend new Ariba functionality based on Ariba Functional Releases for process enhancements

  • Develop plan and recommendations for regression testing, ERP integration impacts, and potential functional replacement

  • Work with supply chain users for setting up master data, testing plans and go-live strategy

  • Establish project objectives, manages timelines, risk analysis, milestones, deliverables etc. for enhancements related to SAP supply chain solutions

  • Develop project charter, conduct kick off meetings to share the project objectives and gain stakeholders support

  • Escalate issues to IT management/leadership on critical issues and communicate with internal/external stakeholders

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

The Essentials

  • Seven years of technical experience working with supply chain or other related systems

  • Experience designing or maintaining supply chain systems such as Ariba, SAP or other related cloud technologies

  • Source to pay, procure to pay experience

The Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics or related discipline

  • SAP or Ariba certification

  • Data Analytics (Data Science), Lean Six – Sigma, Agile and Scrum master preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to appropriately identify and respond to customers, peers, management, and external stakeholders and facilitate the presentation of ideas, concepts, and technical data

  • Experience in handling master data in SAP/Ariba system

  • Experience with systems testing (unit Test, integration testing)

  • Experience with programming/software development and database administration

  • Experience with CIF, cXML and punchout catalogs

  • Experience in large to mid-size ERP or system implementations

  • Experience using OneDrive, SharePoint and other MS technology
