The Job…

This position will be in the Supply Management Department within Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Power Supply and Operational Services Organizational Unit.

Detailed stuff you will be doing…

  • Perform timekeeping data collection and validation, generate reports to track timekeeping information and attendance.

  • Attend Mailing Services Safety and Tailboard meetings, scribe and publish meeting notes for the team.

  • Generate specialized and routine reports, research moderate to complex issues and provide comprehensive analysis and diagnostic information based on data.

  • Work with management to identify trends in performance and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide administrative support to multiple locations.

  • Develop and maintain tracking reports that identify trends, activity levels and root causes of changes.

  • Maintain SAP and process documentation, policies, procedures and business practices.

  • Perform transactional diagnoses and implement changes to maintain system integrity.

  • Maintain end of month records, track and report on progress, assist with variance tracking, research, analysis and reporting.

  • Manage cash transactions, submit daily, weekly, monthly balances.

  • Maintain Stamp metering balances and collect data for reporting purposes.

  • Support and maintain employee company database for accurate mail deliveries.

  • Administrate and process caterer/vendor invoices.

  • Interface with internal and external auditors.

  • Maintain stationery and operational supplies as well as monitoring of supplies.

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications we need you to have...

  • Three or more years of analytical experience.

  • Experience data mining and creating reports to include invoice auditing, and processing.

Other experience and knowledge that will set you up for success…

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with transportation processes and warehouse management systems.

  • Experience extracting, assessing and analyzing data from multiple sources and develop recommendations.

  • Experience ensuring reports and projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Ability to accurately analyze information, integrate people processes, systems, and technologies.

  • Typical schedule 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. but may vary based on business needs.
