In this job, you’ll be a part of a team supporting our Income Qualified, Disadvantaged and Vulnerable Communities organization which delivers customer focused programs that create healthier and more resilient communities, help customers save energy, and help lower their energy bills. You will provide support for program and pilot implementation activities, conduct analytics reporting, and perform quality control activities to ensure compliance with program policies.

Develop and revise compliance policies and procedures, processes, and guidelines to satisfy SCE management and CPUC requirements
Conduct contractor audits that include review and verification of
Income eligibility documentation
Proof of Home Ownership/ Property Owner’s Authorization
Permits needed for measure installation
Any Title 24 documents and requirements
Provide audit results and recommendations for contractor corrections or changes in program processes to enhance controls
Researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex data about inspection activities and trends, developing alternatives, and presenting findings and recommendations
Guiding the program inspection agencies and QA reviews. Review their inspection results are in alignment with program standards and requirements
Coordinate responses for program audits, data requests, and compliance requirements.
Five years of experience in data manipulation software programs, such as Excel and Power BI.
Five years of experience in quality control, audits, inspections, or inventory reconciliation.
Four or more years in quantitative analysis and project management support.
Three years of experience using software tools within the MS Suite such as Word, PowerPoint and Visio to present information.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working for income qualified programs.
Experience identifying customer and business problems and support the creation of product requirements and plans to pursue opportunities to address identified problems.
Experience creating and editing reports, graphs, presentations, converting information from one format to another, generating non-standard reports, maintaining records, logs, document files and databases used for monitoring, tracking and trending programs/project costs, resources, schedules, and status for management.
Experience in supporting, planning and organizing multiple projects, including contract management, monitoring and reporting project status, and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery.
Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, manage risks appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate data, context, and implications to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Work Mode: When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
