In this job, you’ll support the Manager of Business Operations to perform analysis of operational reports, create and update graphs and tables, capture, document, analysis and draw conclusions on data, and initiate vendor qualification requests. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • Perform analysis and reconciliation of various operational reports, and gather data to consolidate accrual report

  • Build and update graphs and tables related to Business Operations metrics.

  • Support Supply Management by initiating supplier qualification requests, identifying delays and monitor completion within the supplier qualification process.

  • Conduct supplier mailings, perform mail merge, operate folding machine, and track supplier list.

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Review and document business processes and create new work instructions and maintain.

  • Lead ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

The Essentials

  • Knowledge of SAP or Legacy systems

  • Experience working in Ariba.

  • Two or more years’ experience in operational analytics and reporting, creating spreadsheets, generate reports.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI.

  • Do you have two or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel performing advanced functions such as VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, charts and graphing?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

The Preferred

  • Experience performing ad-hoc analysis, including gathering relevant information, and presenting information to management

  • Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and resolving issues under time constraints

  • Experience supporting clients, project teams, and business needs.

  • Ability to communicate data/information clearly and effectively, including creating and facilitating PowerPoint presentations.

  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
