As a PC System Administrator, you’re responsible for the success of the desktop/mobile workforce by providing outstanding technical and customer support. You’ll have an immediate impact helping fellow employee-owners and managing all computing, applications, and related technologies for over 1,000 users across 29 (and expanding!) states.

What You’ll Do…

  • Perform all maintenance, upgrades, support, and optimization for our Windows desktop environment and Apple mobile environment

  • Help provide focus and support for more than 1,000 remote employee-owners

  • Manage end-user accounts in a Microsoft environment (Azure, AD, Endpoint Manager)

  • Administer a comprehensive inventory system for all company assets and software

  • Install, configure, and administer usability of end-user applications and hardware

  • Manage administration of Active Directory, Anti-Virus environment, and MDM

  • Plan, create and deploy security and device management policies

  • Manage, support, and optimize mobile and desktop solutions

  • Own desktop GPO deployment and network-based image deployment

  • Manage asset life cycle and procedures relative to appropriate service level objectives

  • Solve user and desktop issues

  • Work with vendors to ensure quality, cost savings, and process improvements

  • Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases

  • Ensure security and operational integrity of IT Assets

What You’ll Need…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Science or five years of equivalent working experience.

  • Minimum of four years with Windows workstations, software troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance

  • Minimum of four years experience with Active Directory management, Windows security, and email distribution in a corporate environment

  • Experience working on problems and projects of a moderately complex scope

  • Windows desktop and basic server administration experience

  • Experience with the following:

  • Manage Engine Software

  • Implementation, and troubleshooting of large deployments consisting of Windows workstations, MDM solutions, and applications

  • Intune

  • SharePoint

  • O365 ATP

  • Windows Defender ATP

  • Azure

  • VMWare

  • Apple IOS & ABM

  • Hardware products from Lenovo

  • Proficiency with the following:

  • Standard office equipment

  • Microsoft Office and Project

  • Preferred:

  • ITIL Foundations Certificate

  • Bilingual in Spanish
