What You’ll Do…

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, testing, documentation, and enhancements of Lewis Tree Services HRIS systems and processes.

  • Work cross-functionally with our leadership to serve the business’ reporting and analysis needs.

  • Provide analytical approach for new automations and validate data integrity to support/enhance HR processes and systems

  • Assist in future system planning and developmental needs

  • Responsible for providing project management for HR initiatives as needed

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide analytical support to internal customers, researching and resolving reporting inquires.

  • Analyze trends and identify areas of risk

  • Create ad hoc queries in the HR Systems to generate reports for ongoing customer needs

  • Data & System Integrity: Ensure the quality of our systems and data output.

  • Leverage technology to automate processes and procedures surrounding HR reporting and analysis

  • Responsible for carrying out high-level system processing; master controls, maintenance and system administration

  • Validate the integrity of the data from our HRIS (UltiPro) into our ERP (JD Edwards)

  • Process and update system related changes to comply with union contracts and corporate policies

  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Determine how legislative and internal changes will impact the system, business and compliance reporting.

  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments and key stakeholders

What You’ll Need…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience

  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS or HR generalist/specialist experience

  • Completion of SHRM or other human resource related professional certification is preferred

  • Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, function and process

  • Experience using UKG
