FT/PT Status:Full Time
The Business Analyst will be part of a group working cross functionally with our Finance team and Construction Divisions. Primary responsibilities will be providing analysis support utilizing multiple software platforms to determine profitability, providing support for internal management decision making, establishing and evaluating financial trends, and monitoring variances to identify potential issues that directly impact financial, operational, and/or safety results.
Skills and Experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Must be a strong user of MS Office
Able to analyze large amounts of data and compile summary reports for daily/weekly meetings and presentations
Highly proficient computer skills and/or the demonstrated ability to learn various software programs related to different businesses – bidding, scheduling, dispatching, etc.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and disciplined individual
Able to multi-task, set and achieve goals
Strong communicator and team player
Able to critically evaluate information to identify and track KPI's, and correlate to potential value opportunities
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or combination of work experience/demonstration of necessary skills
Prior experience working in a Construction and/or Engineering environment
Experienced with COINs accounting software and/or B2W bidding program
Financial statement analysis experience
