Job Summary

This is a senior level role within the Employee Resource Center that provides a higher level of process knowledge and acts as point of contact support to employees, leaders, and HR peer groups on HR related issues, programs, policies, and processes.

The Sr HR ERC Rep learns to assume responsibility for all levels and processes and is first point of contact for inquiries by employees via phone calls, case management, and chat. Processes include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-employment. interview scheduling, candidate processing, onboarding;

• Employee loan processing;

• Education assistance processing;

• Wage/time verification;

• Employee temporary assignment processing;

• Relocation assistance processing;

• General document management;

• General inquiry responses.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to full life cycle of hiring/employment transactions and support; compliance documentation, history requests, legal human resource inquiries, HR policy inquiries, government and internal audit support. Performs specific data entry into the HR system of record for specific actions following protocols.

Provides the highest level of customer service through interaction with employees, leaders, and HR peer groups through telephone, electronic, and case management systems. This level is responsible for higher level processes and more complex processes and transactions. Act as ERC SME for project teams, as well as perform testing and validation on technology enhancements. Utilize higher level analytical and critical thinking skills to identify accuracy in data and any potential issues to hiring processes, requests, actions or programs. Represent ERC on Merger and Acquisition projects.

Provides back-up support for other HR ERC reps and/or Lead as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

5+ years of directly related experience.

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

• Expert customer service skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Program administration skills.

• Proficient personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.

• Leadership skills.

Preferred Skills include:

• Expert knowledge of hiring process to include Corporate Security and Human Resources policies and programs.

• Strong knowledge of company organizational structure.

• Strong knowledge of company policies, programs and information systems (SAP, ServiceNow, and Success Factors) and relevant government regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, and USERRA.

Education Requirements

Required Degree (equivalency not accepted in lieu of required degree): GED or High School Graduate
