We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Graduate Intern to assist in the development and implementation of a variety of leadership development offerings. These leader development offerings will focus on enhancing leader effectiveness, particularly focusing on maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace environment for military-affiliated colleagues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

• Organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively

• Knowledge of virtual and in-person training delivery preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Must be currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation date of August 2025 or later

• Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
