As an IS Program Analyst I, II, or III this position will be focused in the area of regulatory Cyber Security. This position’s main focus is support of cyber related nuclear plant operations and is responsible for supporting design of plant digital systems, and making technical decisions associated with Cyber Security. Analyst will support plant design modifications, testing and problem solving, and assure all cyber security requirements are done in accordance with all regulatory requirements. Individual will be expected to support the Cyber Security Incident Response Team in the case of a cyber security event. They will also be expected to work within the team and perform cyber security ongoing preventative maintenance activities. This position will also be responsible for monitoring and addressing vulnerabilities related to plant systems and digital devices. The IS Program Analyst will also be expected to maintain awareness of cyber security trends and issues; evaluating new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to the business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develops broad and/or specialized program oversight plans by providing functional planning and high level technical expertise and guidance.

Provides consulting services to customer organizations on information technology's capability to comply with IS regulatory programs in the deployment of technology to improve work processes and resolve business problems. Must be able to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business, including goals, objectives, work processes, and end product or service.

Responsible for corporate wide Information Services program management, including planning, program development, design, development, testing, training, and implementation activities.

Provides quality oversight and documentation reviews created by cross-discipline work groups in compliance with the overall Information Services program requirements.

Coordinates program change impacts, self-assessments and other audit processes, and training with impacted organizations.

Participates in the oversight and compliance for 10 CFR 50 Appendix “B” activities associated with administration of information Services programs.

Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated.

Must support the biennial refueling outage.

Must provide support to the OCC, EOC, and departmental on-call rotation when designated.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

LEVEL III:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and seven years of experience in Information Technology program development, project management, management, or operations; OR Associate's degree with nine years of experience in Information Technology program development, project management, management, or operations.

For IT Program Analysts that are managing IT programs, not Cyber, (e.g., Records, Document Control, Software Quality Assurance, Procedures, etc) additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.

LEVEL II:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and five years of experience in Information Technology program development, management, or operations; OR Associate's degree with seven years of experience in Information Technology program development, management, or operations.

For IT Program Analysts that are managing IT programs, not Cyber, (e.g., Records, Document Control, Software Quality Assurance, Procedures, etc) additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered on a one-to-one basis. A high school diploma or GED is required.

LEVEL I:

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

One or more years of experience in nuclear power plant information services, engineering, maintenance, or operations related position.

One or more of the following industry certifications for positions focused on cyber security: CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or GCCC.

LEVEL II:

One or more years of experience in nuclear power plant information services, engineering, maintenance, or operations related position.

One or more of the following industry certifications for positions focused on cyber security: CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or GCCC.

LEVEL I:

One or more years of experience in nuclear power plant information services, engineering, maintenance, or operations related position.

One or more of the following industry certifications for positions focused on cyber security: CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or GCCC.

Salary Range

LEVEL III: Salary: $103,123 minimum to $128,904 midpoint, $154,685 career excellence

LEVEL II: Salary: $89,665 minimum to $112,081 midpoint, $134,497 career excellence

LEVEL I: Salary: $77,963 minimum to $97,454 midpoint, $116,945 career excellence

Typically, selected candidates are hired at a salary rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
