Energy Northwest Administrative Assistant III - Quality in Richland, Washington
Under minimal supervision, performs advanced, diversified, complex, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Perform and coordinate activities on behalf of Quality manager and supervisors which may include acting as a lead to support programs and other staff. Prepare material in final form from rough drafts that may contain technical terminology. Compose, sign, and release correspondence, reports, and minutes. Assist in budget development as well as oversee expenditures and ensure budget goals are met. Exercise judgment and independence. Resolve routine and some complex inquiries. Assemble and analyze information.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of progressive administrative/technical experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority.
Salary: $46,227 minimum to $57,784 midpoint
Typically, selected candidates are hired at a salary rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
