We are looking for a Tableau guru who is passionate about designing beautiful and effective data visualizations. We need someone who can work with our diverse set of users to develop effective dashboards that are easy to navigate while on mobile or desktop using HTML/CSS and Java Script. This person’s focus is to ensure our data not only adds valuable and accurate insights but adds a sense of “ delight’ to the user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboard development.

• Design and implement custom Tableau solutions using advanced calculations, parameters, and interactivity features.

• Customize Tableau workbooks using HTML/CSS for enhanced visual design and user experience.

• Optimize dashboard performance and usability by integrating best practices in Tableau design and visualization.

• Create and manage data connections, extracts, and blends from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of dashboards to ensure accuracy and functionality before deployment.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboard functionality and capabilities.

• Stay updated on Tableau best practices, new features, and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, including building complex calculations, visualizations, and interactive dashboards.

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Java Script for customizing Tableau dashboards and embedding visualizations.

• Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX/UI principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus:

• Experience in video creation and editing tools/software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
