Talent Acquisition Business Partner (R-19-1802)

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team!

In this journey, you will…

Collaborates with others to drive initiatives to enhance the organization’s brand in the employment market.

May manage one or more outsourced programs (assessments, contingent workers). Selects and manages vendors, monitors vendor performance and works with vendors to resolve issues.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies aligned to the organization’s HR strategy and workforce planning initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers and vendors, if appropriate, to anticipate hiring needs and develop candidate pool.

Monitor and review the effectiveness of assessment and selection processes and tools, ensuring that they are aligned to the organization’s HR strategies and plans. Develop hiring manager tools and procedures. Ensure hiring process complies with laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR business partner to guide managers and respond to candidate concerns.

Serve as a subject matter expert on staffing and workforce optimization. Provide proactive coaching and guidance on developing a multisegmented staffing strategy. Coach managers and executives on recruitment processes.

Lead process improvement efforts. Manage department projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate will typically, a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, sociology, finance, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience and eight or more years in Human Resources with at least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent.
