This position manages the Financial Wellbeing strategy, design and benefit offerings including managing vendor partners. This includes the pension, 401K,
and management deferred compensation plan. Successful candidate 5-10+ years of experience in the benefit administration area, specifically with pensions and 401k management.

Key Responsibilities
Benefit Strategy and Plan Design Develops and implements overall benefit program strategy aligned to corporate and HR strategy. Designs or modifies benefit plans across multiple disciplines and programs to align to HR and corporate strategy and to industry best practices. Oversees vendor and product selection process. Serves as a resource for other employees. Enrollment Designs, plans and organizes enrollment for multiple plans and programs. In collaboration with Corporate Communications, plans, develops and implements holistic benefit communication strategy and develops integrated educational materials. Counsels participants conducts presentations and provides information to managers. Ensures documentation goes to vendors.
Benefit Plan Administration Serves as a subject matter expert and resource on benefit plans. Develops, implements and refines processes to enhance benefit administration. Manages vendor relationships and resolves challenging or complex inquiries. Recommends and implements plan changes.
Reporting and Compliance Oversees reports and data interfaces. Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations to benefit strategy and plan design changes. Monitors vendor performance to service levels. Leads efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues with vendors and subject matter experts. Analyzes impacts of new laws and regulations and leads changes to plan design and plan documents.
Education/Experience/Certifications
Education Typically a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, sociology, finance, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience Typically eight or more years in human resources with at least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent.
Certifications, Licenses and Training Benefits and/or HR certifications a plus (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CBP).

Compensation Range:
$101,925.00 - $169,875.00
