About Transmission and Distribution
Southern California Edison’s (SCE's) Transmission and Distribution Organizational Unit (T & D) is responsible for planning, engineering, constructing, operating, and maintaining transmission and distribution facilities throughout the 50,000-square-mile territory. T&D is the steward of roughly $19 billion in assets that safely and reliably deliver electricity to 14 million residents via SCE’s 5 million customer accounts.
This Program Analyst will assist in managing the work required for maintaining Compliance requirements of the Intrusive Pole Inspection job scope. It will require strong analytical skills utilizing data pulled from SAP transaction codes including assisting in creating, maintaining and looking for efficiencies of the Intrusive Pole Inspection Program work process and procedures.
Typical Responsibilities :
Access database creation, management and reporting.
Leverage support from Manager to manage SAP data integrity and accuracy.
Provide reporting status on completion of Intrusive Pole Inspection results including the active management of project schedule, scope, SAP Notification management and SAP data integrity.
Responsible for creating, managing and updating Notifications for asset corrections related to Intrusive Pole Inspection findings of vendors.
Take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results.
Will analyze existing departmental tools and processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, develop alternative solutions, evaluate findings and provide recommendations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Two or more years of experience in an analyst position.
Two or more years of experience with pulling, tracking, or validating data from SAP or similar Enterprise Resource data base.
One or more years of experience managing notifications and transactions in SAP. ACE
Three or more years of project or program management experience.
Strong Access database creation, management and reporting.
Knowledge of SCE Transmission & Distribution and SCE service territory preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as EWorld, Google earth, or similar mapping tools.
Extensive analytical skills with large data sets, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with systems for performance, deliverables, and activity tracking.
Strong working experience with Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
