In this job, you’ll lead one of five Master Data Integrity teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of our electric asset records for electrical equipment in T&D and align our electric asset records by coordinating updates to SCE’s systems of record in SAP and cGIS.As a Master Data Senior Supervisor your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!
Responsible for supporting E2 record corrections/data remediation projects to align SAP and cGIS systems to ensure SCE’s systems of record reflect field conditions.
Oversee process efficiency projects and data quality enhancements and partner with I.T. to optimize system performance, drive SAP Data Governance tool adoption and seek ways to implement effective data quality controls.
Manage team productivity, quality, and financial performance. Exercise control of budgets through management of workload, the timely and efficient delivery of a variety of critical deliverables.
Provide subject matter expertise for data governance. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, including all applicable laws and regulations, ad hoc regulatory or municipal requests.
Enhance the Community of Practice to develop training plans, process documentation, quality control procedure guides, and data standards.
Qualifications
The essentials
Four or more years of combined experience in a supervisory role or leading teams.
Three or more years of experience with SAP, GIS, or ERP systems.
The preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with managing performance data; overseeing and assessing performance metrics; and establishing service level agreements with clients.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Effective resource and project planning and strong critical thinking skills.
You should know
This position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
